The most common mistake is ordering a 22mm band because the watch says Venu 2. The 2S is the smaller 40mm model, and it takes an 18mm band, not 22mm. It also uses quick-release spring bars, not QuickFit, so a QuickFit band won’t seat in the lugs. Order an 18mm quick-release band and it’ll fit right the first time.
StrapsCo carries those in silicone, canvas, leather, and metal. The spring bars are built in, so each band swaps by hand in seconds on your 40mm case, no tools. Silicone rinses clean under the tap after a sweaty day, and leather sharpens the look after hours. See the full Garmin Venu band range if you want to compare across the Venu models. Still not sure whether your Garmin takes 18mm or 22mm, or whether it’s QuickFit? Check the Garmin lug width and strap size guide first.
Why StrapsCo
The Venu 2S is a small watch, and a 40mm case on an 18mm band sits flush and low on a smaller wrist. Short lengths keep the tail from flapping loose, so nothing catches on a sleeve or a jacket cuff. That low profile is what makes it easy to wear all day and comfortable to sleep in at night. StrapsCo runs the same materials as the premium strap brands at a fraction of the price, and every band is PFAS-free for that around-the-clock skin contact. Buy two and the third band is free, so a spare costs less. If the fit isn’t right, send it back within 30 days.
